Jo Anne leads ProSoftCo’s project and planning services, providing clients with superior leadership with each project she works on. With a strong knowledge of all levels of the software development life cycle, Jo Anne has been responsible for multiple projects ranging in size from large enterprise solutions, to small business software needs. With her organizational skills she has been tasked to set up Project Management Offices in small businesses.
In 2007, Jo Anne met her future partners while working at a small but fast growing company in the Southern Utah Area. As the Director of development she was able to actively promote the use of project management and planning into all the projects.
Jo Anne Symonette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management for eCommerce, graduating at the top of her class as valedictorian. She is an active member of the Southern Utah Flex User Group.

Larry Rich |
Co-Founder/Development |
Larry Rich Leads ProSoftCo's Programming department providing clients with quality error free applications that are easy to support internally or by ProSoftCo’s support services. He sets the standards for all development within ProSoftCo. Larry has experience in Cold Fusion, .Net, ASP, JavaScript and many other languages. Larry has developed applications on multiple platforms from the desktop PC to handheld devices. He currently has been actively developing in Adobe ColdFusion, Adobe Flex and Adobe AIR, creating desktop applications for home and small business use.
Larry is an active member of the Southern Utah Flex User Group and occasional speaker sharing his knowledge of Adobe Flex and Adobe AIR with other developers wanting to learn a new skill.

Kevin leads ProSoftCo's UI design team, providing clients with superior web 2.0 graphics, logo designs and branding. With a strong background in UI and programming, Kevin offers a unique perspective when creating his designs as he works to create eye catching graphics integrated into quick loading websites. Kevin has been responsible for multiple projects for many business levels. Kevin’s personal motto to create Fans not users, his goal is to add a clean exciting look to any website or product he has designed.
Kevin is the founder of the Southern Utah Flex User Group, The S.U.F.U.G. User Interface Group Leader and a member of Dixie Technology Alliance.
